James Wise

James Wise has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an SMB Sales Coach and previously as an SMB Sales Agent at HP since October 2015, where responsibilities include assisting small and medium businesses with purchasing needs. Prior to HP, James worked as a Contracted Sales Agent for BC Forward, providing inbound sales support for HP. Earlier roles include serving as a Tier 2 Agent at Center Partners, where James assisted other agents and handled escalated customer calls. James has a background in security, holding supervisory positions at ABM Security Services and Universal Protection Services, overseeing training and evaluating new hires in high-rise settings. Educationally, James Wise holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Western Idaho, with secondary education from James Madison High School.
