Jeff Chang

Jeff Chang is a Senior Manager at HP, where they focus on people development and connection, leading efforts in automation, circularity strategy, and digital transformation. They have a strong background in technical expertise and business transformation, having held various positions since joining HP in 2009, including ME manager and GTK ME manager. Jeff earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Manufacture Studies from National Taipei University of Technology and has previously worked as an engineer at Delta Electronics from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have participated in HP's internal leadership training program, GIL, where they excelled and became a mentor to internal team members.
