Jerzy Socha is currently an R&D Manager at Hewlett-Packard, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to that, Jerzy worked as a Manager in R&D at Hiflex from 1995 to 2012, and provided IT support and ARL spectrometer service at KZA Armatura from 1993 to 1995. Jerzy earned a Master of Science in Electronics from Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Kraków from 1995 to 2000 and later completed a degree in Project Management at Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie in 2009.
