Jim Cooper

Jim Cooper is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in innovative service development and workplace practices. Since June 2017, Jim has served as Chief Technologist for Services at HP, where responsibilities include managing the Services Research Agenda and collaborating with Product Managers on groundbreaking ideas. Previously, Jim held key positions at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and HP, focusing on mobility, workplace architecture, and global service development. A former Electronics Engineer in the US Navy, Jim holds an MBA in Business Administration from Ball State University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Louisville, underscoring a strong educational foundation in both business and technology.
