Jishang Wei

Jishang Wei is an AI researcher and engineering manager with a strong history of transforming innovative ideas from the lab into real-world solutions. They have held various positions at HP Labs, including Senior Research Scientist and Engineering Manager, where they focused on machine learning for sensing and understanding, data mining, and visualization. Jishang’s experience includes research internships at IBM and eBay Research Labs, where they developed algorithms for recommendation systems and user profiling. Currently, Jishang is pursuing a Bachelor's and a Master's degree at Xi'an Jiaotong University while leveraging their expertise to enhance human-computer interactions through AI.
