Joe Martin

Joe Martin is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently serving as a Sr. Learning Experience Designer at HP since May 2023, where contributions include training and onboarding 50 new facilitators and creating a coaching program for 6,000 people managers. Previously, Joe held positions such as Sr. Learning Experience Design Program Manager at Amazon, where a blended learning campaign enhanced negotiation skills for 1,600 recruiters, and Manager of Enterprise Learning Design at Expedia Group, where support was provided for 7,400 employees through the delivery of 104 learning solutions. Joe's extensive background also includes roles in creative services and marketing, achieving significant sales growth and managing successful projects across various organizations.
