Joe Pacula

Joe Pacula has over three decades of experience in financial and operational leadership roles, primarily at HP Inc. since 1995. Currently serving as SVP and Division President of Print Supplies, Joe has been instrumental in driving market share growth and product consumption increases. Previous roles at HP include Senior Director and Vice President of Americas Printing Supplies, where Joe guided pricing strategies that positioned HP as a market leader, and Financial Operations Manager, overseeing a significant team and improving financial planning processes. Prior to HP, Joe worked at Accenture as a Consulting Manager, where leadership in consulting engagements across various industries was demonstrated. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University.
