John Ledingham

John Ledingham is a seasoned design leader currently serving as Global Head of Design for Poly at HP, a position held since November 2022 following HP's acquisition of Poly. Previously, John worked as Senior Director of User Experience Design at HP and as Senior Director of Experience Design at Poly. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, John has held key design roles at Plantronics, Whirlpool, and Motorola Mobility, leading teams in creating innovative user experiences across various technologies. John's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University and executive training in management and product design from Stanford University and Northwestern University.
