Joydeep Roy

Joydeep Roy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product management and business development across leading technology firms. Currently serving as the Country Category Manager for HP since July 2018, Joydeep drives the LaserJet home printing business for both HP and Samsung Print product lines. Prior roles include Biz Head for accessories and wearables at Samsung Telecom, where Joydeep leads a 12-member team with P&L responsibilities, and Category Head overseeing telecom operator alliances and enterprise solutions. Joydeep's background also features a tenure as Group Product Manager at Samsung Telecom, where significant contributions included launching new mobile categories and driving ASP growth. Earlier experience consists of roles at Sony Ericsson, where award-winning marketing campaigns were established, and Maruti Suzuki, managing brand launches and lifecycle for key models. Joydeep holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
