Kevin Stredic

Process Improvement Manager

Kevin Stredic has extensive experience in leadership and process improvement across various sectors, including telecommunications and technology. At AT&T, Kevin served as Chief of Staff for an Assistant Vice President, focusing on network operational excellence and managing daily operations across numerous office locations. Additional roles at AT&T included Senior Project Program Manager and Network Service Manager, where Kevin enhanced process quality and coordinated customer service initiatives. Kevin also worked as a Process Engineer at Kforce Inc., applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes for HP Inc. Currently, Kevin is a Process Improvement Manager at HP, leading global programs focused on process mapping and automation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Kevin also operates Stredic & Stredic Consulting.
