Kim Shockley

Kim Shockley currently serves as the VP of HR Technology & Automation at HP since September 2023. Previously, Kim held the position of Head of HR Product Management (Technology) at Charles Schwab from September 2020 to September 2023. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Member for the HR Technology Council at The Conference Board and as the Head of HR Technology, Data, & Analytics at Deloitte, where responsibilities included strategic direction and management of a substantial team supporting approximately 100,000 employees. Earlier experience includes roles as Vice President of Information Technology at The Assist Group, VP of Operations at Innovant Business Solutions, and various technology leadership positions at Deloitte. Kim's career began as an Independent Consultant and includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.
