Lance Hill is the current head of marketing for NW Europe at HP. Lance has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning.

Lance started their career in 1997 as an account planner at The Forbes Group. Lance then moved to Barkley in 2003, where they became the director of account planning. In 2005, they joined Element 79, where they served as the VP of strategic planning. Lance left Element 79 in 2009 to join TracyLocke as the head of strategy.

During their time at TracyLocke, Lance focused on understanding the barriers that keep people from buying products and services. Lance then developed message strategies to overcome these barriers and touch point strategies to determine when consumers are most receptive. Lance also analyzed the results of their efforts in terms of commerce.

Lance has worked with brands of all sizes, including HP, 7-11, 24 Hour Fitness, Pizza Hut, T-Mobile, and Sonic Drive-Ins. Lance has experience across every medium in the shopper’s journey, from television to computer to mobile phone to aisle.

Lance Hill has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Lance Hill reports to Vikrant Batra, Chief Marketing Officer. They are on a team with Jenna Losé - Global Content Strategist, Steve Calder - Senior Director of Media & Digital Marketing, and Deepak Masand - SVP, Global Head of Growth Marketing.
