Leng Lim

Leng Lim serves as the Vice President of Design Engineering for Personal Systems at HP since October 2021, previously holding roles including Senior Director and Director focused on commercial and notebook architecture. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Leng Lim has successfully led cross-functional teams to innovate next-generation mobile devices while transforming design capabilities within HP's commercial notebook teams. Prior experience includes positions at Ventiva, Apple, Motorola, and Hewlett-Packard, contributing to notable projects in various sectors from consumer electronics to enterprise solutions. Leng Lim holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore.
