Lenus Amihaiesei

Lenus Amihaiesei is currently the Customer Experience Transformation PMO Lead at HP, where they drive impactful company-wide transformations to enhance customer engagement and service. They have extensive experience in change management and have led teams of over 500 employees through complex initiatives. Previously, Lenus held roles such as Commercial & Marketing Representative at ROmedic.ro and contributed significantly to numerous projects at HP, demonstrating a strong ability to connect strategy, people, and innovation. Lenus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s in Public Relations and Advertising from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi.
