Lisa Mullins serves as the Global Senior HR Director at HP, overseeing HR strategies for the Legal and Marketing divisions as well as leading transformation programs focused on organizational restructuring and talent initiatives. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over six years at Wells Fargo in various leadership capacities, including VP, HR Transformation Journey Manager, and Sr. Strategist positions, where significant contributions were made to HR processes, total rewards engagement, performance management, and talent development technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Global HR Director at Thomson Reuters and extensive roles at Wells Fargo where Lisa led organization effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. Lisa holds an M.S. in Engineering, Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, and a B.A. in Communications & English from Boise State University.
