Malvika Radhakrishnan is currently the Chief of Staff in Strategy and Business Planning at HP, where they support strategic and business planning initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, Malvika has a strong background in managing strategic business partnerships, optimizing organizational processes, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Prior to HP, they held significant positions at American Express, CMR Group of Institutions, and Taj Hotels, where they focused on sales management and operational leadership. Malvika obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Joseph College of Commerce and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
