Mireya Juárez

Mireya Juárez currently serves as the EMEA Workplace Strategy Lead at HP, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mireya was the Head of Design Research & Strategic Design at Soulsight Design Strategy & Innovation, contributing significantly to the establishment of the Ethnography, Persona Experience & Design Research Department. Experience includes roles as a Visiting Professor in Design Research at Design for Europe lab at EPHOS and Creative Process at Mr. Marcel School and IED Madrid, where Mireya introduced students to the nature of creativity and service design thinking. Earlier career highlights include creative consulting and international design management at Compass Telecom Consulting and Alcatel Lucent Mexico. Mireya holds an MBA essentials from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
