Monina Dolan

Monina Dolan is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Design at HP since April 2025. Prior to this role, Monina held positions at Nike as Director of Global Retail Experience Design and Design Director for Service and Experience Design. Monina also worked at Google as a UX Design Manager for Google Nest and spent five years at Uber as Head of Global Brand Design. Earlier career experiences include founding Standard Studio LLC, a creative agency specializing in branding and design, and co-founding Polychrome, a multi-disciplinary design studio. Monina began a professional journey as a designer at IDEO and holds an education from the Academy of Art University.
