Nestor Quiñones is a Senior Director and Counsel of Trade Compliance at HP, leading a global team of trade compliance professionals. With extensive experience as a commercial and regulatory attorney, Nestor has held various roles, including Managing Counsel and Director of Contracts and Compliance at Lockheed Martin. They also served as Senior Contracts Manager at AMMROC, where they were part of the joint venture startup team. Nestor earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Currently, Nestor is a 2023 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
