Nikki Blaylock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management and creative production across leading organizations. Currently serving as the GTM Sustaining Lead at HP since October 2024, Nikki spearheads the optimization of sales enablement resources for global sales teams. Previously, as a Creative Producer at Microsoft from April 2021 to March 2024, Nikki led marketing initiatives for various campaigns and new product features. Nikki's career also includes roles as Creative Content Manager at Urban Content Studios, overseeing entertainment division growth, and as a Writer & Executive Producer for the documentary "Normal," where all facets of production were managed. Additionally, Nikki has freelanced as a writer and producer, contributing articles focused on music and media. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Television-Radio-Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a BA in Health and Exercise Science and English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University School of Education.
