Global Customer Success Manager

Nir Shefet has been a Global Customer Success Manager at HP since January 2017, overseeing a global team of service engineers to enhance customer experiences and ensure the successful launch and deployment of products. Nir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
