Nir Shefet

Nir Shefet has been a Global Customer Success Manager at HP since January 2017, overseeing a global team of service engineers to enhance customer experiences and ensure the successful launch and deployment of products. Previously, as a Global Customer Success Team Leader, Nir managed Mechanical Engineers to implement service solutions and establish learning programs tailored to team needs, while also tracking key performance indicators. Nir's experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Team Leader, focused on innovative training development, and as a Planning & Service Project Manager, responsible for a significant operational upgrade project. Prior roles include Project Manager at Tiny Love and Data Collector and Analysis at Redwood International Sports. Nir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
