Patrick Hickie

Patrick Hickie possesses extensive experience in operations management, program and project management, and financial oversight within both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the 266th Range Squadron of the Air National Guard, Hickie oversees day-to-day operations and strategic planning for a 130-member Electronic Warfare unit. At HP, Hickie functions as the Global Contract Standards Manager, managing the entire lifecycle of contracts for Managed Print Services, while also leading risk management for a $1.5B business unit. Prior military experience includes roles as a Flight Examiner and Quality Assurance Program Manager in the US Air Force, where Hickie managed quality and safety for an 800-person unit. Educational credentials include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
