Paul Andrighetti

Paul Andrighetti serves as the Director of Cloud Software Development at HP since November 2022, and concurrently holds the same position at Poly since June 2017, leading both local and offshore development teams to drive global Agile Automation Strategy and enhance video bridging technology. Prior experience includes significant roles at Polycom, where contributions included managing critical customer escalations and overseeing long-term release planning, as well as various engineering and program management positions at Sun Microsystems, where Paul led cross-functional teams and managed extensive projects in customer support services and educational technologies. An alumnus of Colorado State University, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science with a Minor in Mathematics.
