Pavan Kapoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global logistics and trade compliance, currently serving as Sr. Manager at HP since April 2009. Pavan's expertise encompasses customs and GST/indirect tax consultancy, supply chain management, contract negotiations, and compliance risk assessments. Prior to HP, Pavan held significant roles at Nortel Networks as Customs & International Trade Compliance Manager for the Asia Pacific region, and at Deloitte as Senior Manager of Indirect Taxation & Compliance, where the establishment of the indirect tax practice in North India took place. Additionally, Pavan has relevant experience from positions at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Educational qualifications include an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur focusing on supply chain and logistics, an LLB from Delhi Law Faculty, and a B.Com from Sydenham College, Mumbai.
