Prashant Mishra is currently the CRM Analytics Lead at HP, where they focus on leveraging data to enhance customer engagement. Prior to this, Prashant held the position of Lead-Quantitative Analytics at Wells Fargo for a brief period in 2023. With extensive experience in marketing analytics, they contributed as a Senior Analyst at Western Union, driving customer strategy across the APAC region. Prashant also served as a Manager of Marketing Effectiveness and Analytics at Empower and started their career as an Analyst at LatentView Analytics, providing consulting solutions to major clients like PayPal. They hold an integrated post-graduate degree in Information Technology and Management from the ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management and have pursued further education in data science from the University of Michigan through Coursera.
