Roman Olney currently serves as the Global Head of Digital at HP, beginning in July 2025. Prior to this role, Roman held various positions at Lenovo from 2013 to July 2025, including Director of Global Digital Marketing & Total Experience, where responsibilities included leading Lenovo’s B2B web presence and significantly boosting revenue in the SMB product portfolio. Roman also played a crucial role in digital transformation within marketing and developed successful initiatives like 'This Is ThinkPad'. Earlier experiences include positions as a Digital Strategist at Edelman, where Roman co-founded Edelman Digital China, and as an Analyst/Consultant at the Embassy of Canada to Iceland & Norway. Roman holds an MSc in International Business from Reykjavik University, earned in 2009.
