Ronit Field is a Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at HP, with over 15 years of experience in HR across various global organizations. Previously, Ronit served as a Global HR Business Partner at Synamedia, where they drove change management and developed integrated people strategies. At Cisco, Ronit functioned as an HR Manager for the EMEAR region, providing strategic HR solutions and coaching to business leaders. Ronit also held roles at Amdocs, where they led HR strategy and integration during organizational changes, and Hewitt Associates as an HR Generalist. Currently, Ronit is pursuing degrees in Psychology at Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania.
