Ruth Palou

Ruth Palou has extensive experience at HP, where the professional has held several key positions since September 1999, including CCC Partner Management & Footprint Director, Contact Center Operations Manager for EMEA, and Program Manager, with a strong focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Ruth has managed outsourced Contact Centers across EMEA and led process improvement initiatives, earning a Black Belt certification in Quality in 2009. Prior to HP, Ruth worked at Yorka as a Plastics Project Manager and Account Manager. Ruth's educational credentials include a Materials Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an Operations degree from EADA Business School, and a Black Belt Certification from HP.
