Scott Schmitke

Scott Schmitke is the Benchmark and Margin Guardrails Lead at HP, where they design and manage competitive pricing strategies to enhance market positioning. Prior to their current role, Scott served as an Opportunity Consultant at HP, and held various positions at Tri Counties Bank, including Assistant Branch Manager and Customer Advocacy Analyst. They began their career in the US Army as a Corporal in Operations, managing personnel and operational tasks. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Finance option from California State University, Chico.
