Scott Simmons

Scott Simmons is the Healthcare Solutions Manager for Hybrid Systems and HyperX at HP. They have a distinguished history in systems engineering and project management, including leadership roles at the University of Miami, where they served as Director of TeleHealth from 2007 to 2014. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at CyberMDx and the Assistant Director of Telemedicine at East Carolina University. Scott's innovative contributions to telemedicine are highlighted by their role as project manager for the Telemedicine Instrumentation Pack, NASA’s first space-certified telemedicine system. Additionally, they are a Fellow of the American Telemedicine Association, a former Treasurer and Board member, and currently serve as Secretary for ATA’s Latin American and Caribbean Chapter.
