Shawn Magee

Shawn Magee currently serves as the Global IT Compliance Leader at HP, a position held since November 2025, where leadership in the Global IT Compliance function is exemplified through collaboration with the IT organization and controllership to manage IT and business risk while developing compliance strategies. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at PwC from January 2021 to December 2025, serving as the Digital Assurance & Transparency Director and contributing as an IT and Business Process Risk and Controls Specialist, along with holding various roles including Risk Assurance Director and Systems Process Assurance Manager. Educational qualifications include an MS in Information Systems and a BS in Accounting from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
