Silke Courtenay is a Principal Technologist at HP, where they focus on developing and implementing ink manufacturing strategies, optimizing quality and processes. With extensive experience in R&D management for ink and paper technologies, Silke has successfully led projects in both environmental strategies and product development for a range of applications. They hold a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Windsor and completed a LAMP diploma in Leadership and Management from UC San Diego. Previously, Silke served as a postdoctoral fellow in inorganic chemistry at Queen's University.
