Sonia Tseng

Sonia Tseng is an experienced Software Engineer and queue manager at HP, where responsibilities include resource allocation for team operations and delivering technical solutions to customers. Previously, Sonia served as a BIOS Program Manager, overseeing technical specifications and project development in collaboration with ODM/IBV R&D teams. Before joining HP, Sonia held the position of BIOS Project Manager at American Megatrends, Inc., managing PC motherboard manufacturing projects with major companies and supporting sales initiatives. Sonia Tseng holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Yuan-Ze University, along with a short-term project program in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
