Stamatis Karlos

Stamatis Karlos, born in Tripolis, Greece in 1988, has built a distinguished career in data science and academia. They received a diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Computational Mathematics in 2015, and a PhD focused on Machine Learning and Data Mining in 2020. Stamatis has contributed to numerous publications and has held prominent positions, including Senior Data Scientist at HP Inc. and Data Science Instructor at multiple institutions. Currently, they engage in research on multi-label classification and Zero-shot Learning methods while leading data science initiatives at DEUS Ex Machina.
