Susan Grindon has extensive experience in IT and human resources systems, spanning several decades. Grindon began a career at Pool Company and Pool Energy Services from 1980 to 1997, holding various roles such as Developer and IT Analyst, and leading initiatives in payroll, personnel records, and HRIS within PeopleSoft. Afterward, Grindon served at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a PeopleSoft Systems Analyst and then transitioned to Compaq/Hewlett-Packard as an IT Developer/Engineer, where significant contributions included the integration of payroll systems during the HP-Compaq merger.
