Thorsten Lang

Thorsten Lang currently serves as Vice President and Head of International Tax and Global Indirect Taxes at HP, a role commenced in November 2015, overseeing Global VAT and Transaction Taxes and providing tax support for Supply Chain operations. Previously, Thorsten held various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2000 to October 2015, including Director of Worldwide Transaction Taxes and EMEA VAT Director, focusing on VAT management across multiple regions. Thorsten began a career in taxation as a Tax Auditor with the German Tax Authorities from 1996 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Certified Tax Advisor credential obtained in 2002 and a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) in Taxation from FH Ludwigsburg, completed in 1996.
