Tim Howes

Tim Howes has a robust background in software engineering and protocol development, focusing on Bluetooth technologies and automation of Windows image customization. They have held notable positions, including Distinguished Technologist at HP and Chair of the OBEX Working Group for Bluetooth. With a PhD in Power Engineering from UMIST and an MSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London, Tim has contributed significantly to standardisation efforts within the Bluetooth architecture. Currently, they are also a Member of the Technical Staff at Bromium and have previously worked at Symbian Software Ltd and CSR, showcasing their extensive expertise in embedded software design and communication protocols.
