Traian Bota

Traian Bota has over 16 years of leadership and management experience, specializing in large, international teams across EMEA. They have held various roles at Hewlett-Packard, including Director of Sales Operations and Senior Director of Global Partner Account Management, where they managed diverse teams and drove significant revenue growth across 92 countries. With a strong background in sales operations and IT service delivery, Traian also served as a Global Vertical Lead at Microsoft, where they led substantial engineering teams to exceed business performance goals. They hold a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Babes-Bolyai University and a Master’s in European Finance and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Currently, Traian is a High Advisory Board Member at Superbrain.
