Ulf Viehoefer is an experienced professional in additive manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Owner of ChemAM since 2019 and as an Application Engineer for Metal Jet at HP since 2022. Previously, Ulf held the position of Technical Lead Manager for Direct Metal in the EMEA region at ExOne from 2020 to 2021 and worked as a Senior Development Engineer focused on Binder Jetting and HP Metal Jet at GKN Additive from 2017 to 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Element 22 GmbH from 2012 to 2016, concentrating on titanium sinter-based additive manufacturing technologies and metal injection molding (MIM), as well as a role as a Non-medical Research Fellow at AO Foundation from 2011 to 2013. Ulf holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and RWTH Aachen University.
