Xiaolei Li

Xiaolei Li is a Strategy Development Manager at HP since November 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing communication and coordination in product qualification processes, managing new product introduction (NPI) across the value chain, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for major product launches. Additionally, Xiaolei has a strong focus on cost management, achieving significant savings through project budgeting and resource prioritization, as well as a track record in supplier relationship management, including the development of performance assessment systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Engineer at STMicroelectronics, specializing in yield entitlement and quality assurance. Xiaolei holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
