Yichao Hao

Yichao Hao is an accomplished professional with a strong background in thermal and performance engineering. They possess a Master’s degree in Statistics and Data Science as well as multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Yichao has worked as a Product Engineer at Compal from 2020 to 2023, where they optimized quality test programs and led cross-functional teams for process improvement. Currently, they serve as a Performance Architect at HP, following their role as a Thermal Engineer at the same company.
