Rodger C.

Rodger C. has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1993. Rodger began their career as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy, followed by a position as a System Engineer at Lockheed Martin. In 1999, they became a Program Manager at Raytheon, managing a $10 million/year contract for a military communications system. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Space Imaging as an International Project Engineer, managing contracts with the Indian government Department of Space. In 2006, Rodger C. joined Microsoft as a Director, Application Development, IoT, and Data Insight Solutions. Rodger was responsible for partnering with Line of Business to drive quantifiable value in productivity and efficiencies through custom solutions in applications, IoT, and Data Insights. In 2015, they became Principal and Owner of Tacking Innovations, an innovation investment company. In 2016, they joined Infinite Harvest, Inc. as a Board of Directors, and in 2017 they became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at HPC Solutions, providing IT services for custom software, applications, big data, on prem and cloud strategies. In 2019, they joined International Battery Metals Ltd. as a Board of Directors.
