Tom Loi has a diverse work experience in the technology and financial services industry. Tom began their career at Reuters in 1998, where they worked as a Transactions, Media, and Web Operator before transitioning to a role as a Transactions Controller. In 2003, they joined Thomson Reuters as an Implementation Engineer, responsible for delivering and supporting real-time services and infrastructures. Tom then moved on to become a Technical Specialist in the Global Hosted Services Team, where they had accountability for the availability and performance of the Reuters Electronic Trading services. Tom was promoted to Production Services Manager, leading a global client-facing team responsible for hosting the Electronic Trading product. In 2017, Tom began working at Refinitiv as a Hosted Services Manager, overseeing electronic trading hosting and application support. Currently, they are employed at Lendscape as a Hosted Services Delivery Lead.
Tom Loi attended the University of Kent from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
