Lucia Cheng is a seasoned telepsychiatrist and owner of Phoenix Progressive Psychiatric Services since March 2011, specializing in providing telemedicine services for various mental health conditions. In addition, Lucia serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Loma Linda University Health and performs psychiatry chart reviews as a physician peer reviewer for Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services. As a founding partner at HPEC and clinical advisor at PsychOnline, Lucia's expertise extends to leadership roles including chief advisor at Mainstream Medicine and locums telepsychiatrist at Virtual Medical Staff. Prior experience includes inpatient psychiatry at Dominican Hospital and staff psychiatrist at Palo Alto VA Healthcare System. Lucia earned an MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a BS in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
