Jeff Graham possesses extensive experience in healthcare technology, particularly in the Cerner Millennium® system. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead and Support Center Manager at HPG since November 2012, Jeff oversees the delivery of support center services and manages Cerner production support requests. Prior to HPG, Jeff held various roles at CoxHealth from 2004 to 2012, including Applications Technology Manager, where leadership responsibilities included building and maintaining Cerner applications. Jeff's early career at Cerner from 1998 to 2004 encompassed positions as an Application Architect and Application Developer, contributing to significant software development projects. Academically, Jeff holds an MBA in Management of Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
