HPL consortium, Inc. helps people and groups connect toward health, prosperity, and leadership by developing a technology platform called CIRWEP.  CIRWEP provides an easy and inexpensive pathway to fully utilizing technology in all phases of relationships including management of contacts, invitations, resources, webs, events, and payments. This platform-under-development is currently only available to selected people and small groups, and is being utilized by HPL 501c3 Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underserved people and groups connect toward health, prosperity, and leadership.
