Waseem Hamada

Waseem Hamada is a seasoned architectural professional currently serving as Lead Project Architect at H+A since October 2021. Prior to this role, Waseem founded and led CAZA Projects | Architecture & Interiors, focusing on high-end residential, commercial, and retail developments from April 2019 to October 2021. Experience includes roles as Part II Architectural Assistant at Pilbrow & Partners and as a Pre Part 2 Placement at Panter Hudspith Architects, where Waseem contributed to design schemes and technical solutions across various RIBA stages. Earlier work as an Architectural Assistant at Newtech Consulting Group involved collaborative project brief development. Waseem holds a Master of Architecture with Distinction from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Plymouth, along with an International Baccalaureate from KICS.
