Greg Schreier

Greg Schreier has worked in various roles since 1985. Greg began their career as a Production Supervisor at Hormel Foods in 1985. In 1989, they joined Graco as a Manager and Cell Leader and was responsible for four manufacturing departments, safety, engineering, hazardous materials, EPA, OSHA, and NFPA regulations. In 1993, they became the Operations and Engineering Manager at Lund Industries, where they designed a new operations facility to double capacity and reduce operating costs. In 1996, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at H&B Elevators, where they implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards in the Elevator Manufacturing division. In 1998, they became the Sales and General Managing Partner at Glacier Technology Inc., where they directed and managed sales strategy through multiple channels. In 2011, they were the Metal Market Manager and Director of Metalworking Market, OEM Sales at Camfil APC Industrial Dust Collectors. Finally, in 2017, they became the General Manager and Director of Sales at Herold Precision Metals, LLC (HPM).

Greg Schreier obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Technology/Mathematics from Bemidji State University between 1981 and 1985. Greg then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with a concentration in Small Business Growth and Development from 1992 to 1999.
