Daniel Agront is a professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and workforce management. Currently serving as a Technical Implementation Specialist and Jr Data Analyst on the WFM Team at HealthPlanOne since July 2020, Daniel Agront previously held the role of Senior RealTime Analyst at Apple Leisure Group and worked as a Workforce Management Analyst at SquareTrade, where responsibilities included developing and testing new customer service processes. Additional roles include Technical Consultant at Liberties Investment Properties, assisting in technology implementation, and various customer service positions at Express Scripts, Rosen Hotels & Resorts, and Ross Stores, Inc.
