James Foreman

With more than 30 years of industry experience, HPOne Chairman Jim Foreman brings strategic leadership, healthcare industry expertise, and a proven track record in managing billion-dollar P&Ls. In addition to his appointment at HPOne, Jim currently sits on the Board of Directors of Alegeus, ConsumerMedical, and Centivo. Previously, Jim served on the Executive committees of Towers Perrin, Towers Watson, Willis Towers Watson and Aetna. His roles included merger and acquisition strategies and running company operations in global markets. Jim is currently a Senior Advisor to the Lightyear Funds and Century Equity Partners. He also guest lectures in the Value Investing program at UCLA. Jim Graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business-Economics and studied International Business at the University of Melbourne.
